These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by AC Gurus Dubai, including any quote, inspection, repair, installation support, maintenance visit, or follow-up communication.
By booking a service, requesting a quote, or allowing our technician to begin work, you agree to the terms below.
Use of Our Services
Our services are intended for customers requesting AC repair, maintenance, cleaning, gas refill, troubleshooting, and related HVAC work in Dubai. You agree to provide accurate details about your property, equipment, and service needs so we can deliver the correct solution.
Bookings and Estimates
We may provide estimates before work begins. Final pricing can change if the technician finds additional faults, missing parts, unsafe wiring, leaks, or other issues that were not visible during the initial booking. We will explain any material change before proceeding.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when the job is completed. We may accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods we choose to offer. Any required deposits, part orders, or special arrangements will be explained before confirmation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated changes may affect booking priority or trigger a call-out fee where we have already dispatched a technician.
Warranty and Service Limits
Workmanship warranties apply only to the service carried out by our team and do not cover unrelated faults, misuse, lack of maintenance, power issues, water damage, or pre-existing equipment failure. Parts warranties depend on the manufacturer or supplier terms.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property, appliances, and service areas. Please inform us of any known hazards, restricted access, hidden damage, or special building requirements before the visit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AC Gurus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service delays, equipment failure, or misuse of repaired systems. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, unless the law requires otherwise.
